NOURISH(theplanet) Four Peppercorn Artisan Brie is a premium cashew nut-based vegan and gluten-free cultured cheese style product with a creamy texture combined with pink, red, green, and black peppercorns, giving it a meandering peppercorn vein resulting in an intense peppercorn finish with a wonderful Candidum outer bloom. Comes in a six-ounce wheel.

Eat Now or Eat Later: The Four Peppercorn Artisan Brie continues to grow its bloom and flavor as it ages. We release the cheese at approximately three weeks of culturing. The Artisan Brie reaches full maturity at approximately seven weeks, depending on the environment in which it is kept. Humidity and temperature affect cheese life.


Pairings: Nourish Four Peppercorn Artisan Brie is versatile and pairs nicely with many red, white, and sparkling wines. Reds include Beaujolais, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel. White wines include Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Champaign. The Brie pairs well with mildly acidic fruits like apples, pears, grapes, apricots, and berries and unsalted nuts like pecans, almonds, and walnuts. Preserves are a great addition, with a slice of Brie on a mildly non-flavored cracker to realize the full flavor of the Brie.
